Flux HW139
The semi-aqueous, halogen-free No-Clean flux HW139, consisting of a solvent mixture of alcohol and pure, fully demineralised water, meets the current environmental developments. The reduction of the VOC content is particularly advantageous when no VOC-free flux can be used due to application conditions.

Application
The flux HW139 has been developed primarily for application by spray fluxers. Due to an increased preheating temperature compared to pure alcohol-based fluxes, the water contained can be evaporated well.
