Solder – low melting alloys (NSL)
Ecoloy Bi58Sn42 and Bi57Sn42Ag1 are low-melting solders with melting ranges around 139 °C. Compared to lead-free solders based on SnCu or SnAgCu alloys, the processing temperatures are lower and the thermal load on the PCB and components is reduced.
