Solder Wire Kristall 605
Kristall 605 solder wire is part of our more sustainable greenconnect series. The halogen-activated solder wire opens the process window in many places – greatly reduced flux spitting combined with good wetting behaviour on poorly solderable surfaces are the highlights of this innovative product. The flux contained meets the requirements of the J-STD-004C standards. Kristall 605 is classified as REL1.
